Nonprofit – $150

Silver Level – $250

  • Thank you announcement slide – including Sponsor info, contact info/website
  • Two social media post* – to the COBFC Facebook & Instagram accounts (provided by Sponsor)
  • Brief information in email blasts pre- and post-event
  • Online advertising – your logo will be on the conference website
  • 1 free registration to attend the conference

Gold Level – $500

  • Sponsor Banner Ad for conference – to be shown virtually during kickoff, throughout the day during breaks, and at closing remarks – including Sponsor info, contact info /website
  • 1/2 page ad in conference virtual program (designed by Sponsor)
  • Three social media posts* – to the COBFC Facebook & Instagram accounts (provided by Sponsor)

Virtual Presenting Level – $800 (virtual only)

  • Full page ad in conference virtual program (designed by Sponsor)
  • Session recorded announcement – 2-3 minute ad, thank you, website/address/contact info sharing

Presenting Level – In-Person – $1,000

  • Session live announcement – 2-5 minutes to speak directly to all attendees (or recorded ad), thank you, website/address/contact info sharing

Additional Opportunities

Scholarship Fund – Facebook Post – >$50

  • Donate $50 or more towards the scholarship fund, and we will make you go viral in appreciation! Plus, by donating to the scholarship fund, you will help individuals attend the conference who might otherwise be unable to.

Swag Items – $100

  • Donate items of your choosing to provide to all conference attendees. Items can be for in-person attendees or virtual attendees (e.g., virtual coupons, log in details for discounts, etc.).

Virtual Program Ads – $

  • Not interested in a full sponsorship or want more ad space to reach attendees? Virtual Program Ads are available in full-page, half-page, and quarter-page sizes. Sponsor must provide the content and design. Subject to preapproval.

Lunch Sponsor – $500

  • Become a lunch sponsor to help fund in-person lunches and receive thank you recognition throughout the lunch hour!

Breakout Room Sponsor – $250

  • Sponsor logo and information will be shared at the beginning of each breakout in the room and shown on room welcome slides. The breakout room name will be renamed as the Sponsor’s name.
