Sponsorship Opportunities

Levels

Presenting Level – $500 or more

  • Session Announcement – 2 minute ad, thank you, website / address / contact info sharing
  • Presenting Sponsor Banner Ad for virtual conference – to be shown throughout the day
  • Paragraph of information in email blasts pre and post event
  • Three social media posts* – to the COBFC Facebook & Instagram accounts
  • Online advertising – your logo will be on our website.
  • Online advertising on our website for 3 months on the COBFC and LLL of Mountain Plains
  • Swag bag insert (provided by Sponsor)

Available Sessions to Sponsor: Coffee Talk (networking start of conference), Mid-morning break, Lunch break, Afternoon break

Gold Level – $250 or more

Silver Level – $150 or more

  • Thank you announcement slide – including Sponsor info, contact, website

  • Two social media posts* – to the COBFC Facebook & Instagram accounts
  • Online advertising – your logo will be on our website.

Bronze Level (nonprofit) – $75 or more

  • Thank you announcement slide – including Sponsor info, contact info / website
  • One social media post* – to the COBFC Facebook & Instagram accounts

*Social media content must be provided by the Sponsor. Subject to pre-approval.

Unpackaged

Coffee Talk Networking Session (pre-conference session) – $200

  • Your name and logo shared during the networking session held prior to the start of the conference and a thank you announcement during the conference.

Happy Hour Networking Session (post conference) – $200

  • Your name and logo shared during the networking session after the conference and a thank you announcement during the conference.

Swag Bag Item – $100

  • Can’t join us? We will add your items to our swag bags for each participant.

Scholarship Fund – Facebook Post – $50

  • Donate $50 or more towards the scholarship fund and we will make you go viral in appreciation! Plus, by donating to the scholarship fund, you will help individuals attend the conference who may have otherwise been unable.
